Now, this film is somewhat which serves as a perfect firecracker along with some 'sweetly' touches for this Diwali. Director Vishnuvardhan comes up with a bang along with Thala Ajith Kumar, repeating the same storm which the combo created in the 2007 Classic Blockbuster "Billa". The film, which has a tinge of reality based on the recent Bullet Proof Jacket Scam, is loaded with some great surprises and twists, despite the film's pace getting hampered in the second half with the film getting back to its pace after the flashback track in the film. The film scores because of it's racy screenplay and punchlines by SuBha and Vishnuvardhan, cinematography by Om Prakash who captures every frame with sheer excellence, action by Tinnu Verma and Parvez Sheikh who revisit the chilling stunts used in Hollywood films, editing by Sreekar Prasad who delivers excellence in creating the suspense, especially in the first half and then the music score by Yuvan Shankar Raja, which compliments the film well. In performances, Mahesh Manjarekar, Atul Kulkarni and Suman Ranganathan steal the show with their excellent performance as the cold and corrupt people. Rana Duggabati is good and Tapsee Pannu is sweet. Arya and Nayanthara repeat their "Raja Rani" charm in the film and Thala Ajith Kumar is indeed a great and he carries the film brilliantly on his shoulder with his machismo, body language and a "stylish" performance. Just treat yourself with this film and have your share of fun.
My rating would be 4/5.
