A beautiful film on old age, friendship and love, with a brilliantly executed story. Despite the Bollywood type pace hampering melodrama in between, director John Turtletaub's film scores because of its well written screenplay by Dan Fogelman where the structure based on the lead's situation(s) to their happy ending has been well developed with some riveting moments that actually get you well into its fold. Then comes the brilliant characters, well played by the veterans Robert D Niro, Michael Doughlas, Morgan Freeman and Kevin Kline, ,the humane supporting cast, characterization, the cinematography by David Hennings who succeeds in capturing the joyous moments of the friends and Vegas and even the music score Mark Mothersbaugh that compliments the film's pace well. Great narration, great moments (some having adult content in between), which will successfully make you cry and laugh, makes this film worth watching to every person, right from the youngster to a old person,. Go and treat yourself!
My rating would be: 4/ 5.
