Contributing towards green earth, Mahindra & Mahindra in
its collaboration of REVA launched its all electric car e2o at India gate on
18th march 2103. E2O is the best looking electric car in the Indian market , a
two door hatchback having a seating capacity of 4 adults can go 100 km in a
single charge. It can hit a top speed of 81Kmph. Full charging the vehicle takes around 5
hours and a charge for 1 hour can take you to 20 kms. It delivers a Power of 19
kW @ 3750 rpm and torque of 53 N-m @ (0-3400 rpm). It comes in two variant E2O TO and E2O T2 and
with a base price tag of Rs 595415 (ex showroom). Cruising in the city traffic and those tight,
narrow streets will be less hassle free, thanks to its wheel base of 1.96m and
a turning radius of 3.9m. Loaded with tons of luxury features like Push Button
Start/Stop, A/c Keyless entry, Power Windows, One touch foldable seats, Remote
hatch release, Easy home charging, Driving range using GPS navigation, Remote
Lock/Unlock, Smartphone application and lot more. Despite its range of just 100
kms, limiting its use only to cities doesn’t stop this vehicles potential to be
an everyday car for India.
